We are loving your inspiring stories! This story comes from Rachel who, despite a six month battle in hospital, still powers on and is working on her mental health progress.

How & when did you become aware of Keep Attacking?

I became aware of Keep Attacking by following Brian Wood

What is your Keep Attacking story?

I spent six months in hospital in 2016/17 due to a mental illness. I still struggle now but Keep Attacking has just given me motivation to not give up

What does Keep Attacking mean to you?

Keep Attacking means not giving up.

I don’t have any items from Keep Attacking as of yet, but my favourite support system is my French Bulldog Albert. He gets me out for walks that we both enjoy. I know that Albert needs caring for so I have to try my hardest to care for myself in order to take care of him.

I am really looking forward to seeing the film adaptation of Brian’s book on TV.

With more and more inspiring stories to come, why don’t you take part in the journey? We would love to hear from you about how you kept attacking.
